24 Hours auto-activation for SIB package.

Kindly be informed that all Streamyx-in-a-Box (SIB) Normal (self collect) orders registered may expect to be auto-activated within 24 hours from the order creation date. However, the 24 hours auto-activation will not involve all SIB Courier and DIY orders until further notice. We will maintain the auto activation period for these packages, which is 10 days (SIB Courier) & 7 days (DIY). *Our company will not responsible on those complaint case from customers and caused penalty which issued by TM due to wrongly registered to SIB package. Appreciate your cooperation to disseminate this information to all relevant parties and ensure that it is communicated properly to your customers.
