| Kindly be informed that all Streamyx-in-a-Box (SIB) Normal (self collect) orders registered may expect to be auto-activated within 24 hours from the order creation date. However, the 24 hours auto-activation will not involve all SIB Courier and DIY orders until further notice. We will maintain the auto activation period for these packages, which is 10 days (SIB Courier) & 7 days (DIY). *Our company will not responsible on those complaint case from customers and caused penalty which issued by TM due to wrongly registered to SIB package.
